once again

I wrote to your complaints division yesterday and still no response, I did not request an overdraft on my account yet there is one, each time i look at the amount owed it increases within hours, how is that possible, I have had endless problems with you guys and I've been with FNB for about 12 years. My account will be closed during the course of the week and I will seek an alternative bank. you guys are pathetic
