On the Road Lies by FNB

Pathetic service from FNB on the road protect. I have to contact them daily for an update. They super fast to take your money but when it comes to service delivery.... The worst policy ever.... They need to be reported. They don't respond to emails. You leave a message with the Elandi, Tamicka .... They are never available and so is Michelle the supposed manager she is always in a meeting. Tamicka promised me she would put a sticky note on her computer and call me back on 15th September.... To date no call back. When I try contacting her she is busy..... Elandi also said she would get the Mariska to contact me regarding my fines. And wait for it NOTHING.... ARE YOU GUYS A **** COMPANY.... FNB.... REALLY.... HOW DID YOU FIND THEM!!!!!!!So Disappointed
