On the 31st of august i went to nedbank atm by shell garage to withdrew my childres maintenance money

On the 31st of august i went to nedbank atm by shell garage to withdrew my childres maintenance money. I tried to withdraw and when the money started to count i got a error and slip come out and said no money was dispensed. I then went to fnb 6h10. To withdrew the money i received sms that said i withdrew the money already and only got R90 instead. I withdrew a statement and later come to bank when they opend. They filled a form in amd said i will have to wait 5 working days. On the 2nd i received a sms to say money was reversed but when i tried to withdraw say reversed it back again and Natalie phoned the number on the back of my atm card. They said i only have to wait 24 hours it was saturday just before 12.she also said if its not in 24 hours it will be in the monday morning. But still noting. I am fed up with the waiting. Please help me
