***** on my FNB account

Hi, I just found that there is an unauthorised debit that has went through on my cheque account on the 07 July 2023 that i am not aware of. The transaction description reads "Pmt Honfee" The amount debited was R180. There are no datails of which service this is. I have had simi**** tranaction years ago on FNB still from a different name. I am disappointed FNB does nothing to fix this type of *****. I am now just thinking of changing banks totally. Can FNB do something about this and I would like to have the money refunded.
