***** on my bank account, No Help from FNB very frustrating

my account was hacked and it went overdraft not by -R4370.00 and that's waiting for my salary, this is trouble because they say they will only fix my account after the investigation is done and is in my favour and it will take 7-30 days meaning in the meantime they will take -R4370.00 once I get paid in that account and its too late to tell HR to send my money to a different account. Those transactions are *****ulent. I called and logged a case but no feedback and that was my only money for my family to survive. I am always on the line waiting for more than an hour without help.
