***** on my account by FNB

This is about my personal loan it was debited twice this month but it not reflecting on the balance so my R2200.00 just vanish from account I need an explanation for this ******** act I tried to find out what is going to secure chat which is useless you can be there for an hour and still not get help even if you beg to call they will not 😒 I am so angry right I don’t understand a bank that I have banked with for more 10 year can do this type ***** on my account I want an explanation of what happened to my.
