On line Banking
On 19 October 2015, phone was blocked only to find out that someone had intentionally blocked it with my service provider, upon unblocking the phone I received notification that funds amounting to R8000 had been withdrawn from my FNB account. I reported the matter with FNB ***** and the funds were refunded. I told that I would have to apply for a new card and this was done, while waiting for the delivery of the card, I was called by FNB investment division enquiring if I made a partial withdrawal from my account and I confirmed that I hadn't. I then went to the bank to enquire further only to find out that someone had collected an unauthorised card and withdrew money on the 5th and 6th November 2015 and also made numerous purchases amounting to R14000 at Sandton City.

I have on numerous occasions made enquiries with the bank to assist me with identifying the individual with no luck. furthermore I have witness the lack of regard for customer's finances and safety on the side of FNB as someone was able to access my account using bank guaranteed systems yet there has been no investigation on this. I am therefore led to believe that this is an inside job!!!!!
