***** on homeloan payment arrangement by fnb now threats for my house to be evaluated as pr caller from fnb b

I reported the homeloan issue 2 weeks back and i was promised it was fixed. Basically i requested fnb to clear or remove the payment arrangementi had made mid May. It was such a painful, judgemental, unprofessional and disrespectful process until i came to this platform. After that, im seeing the new payment arrangement of one month still added on my profile and i am unable to load a new arrangement. So basically fnb agents refused to action this task and made their own arrangement where im supposed to pay R15000 end of May 2024 which is not right, i did not authorized this. About 45 minutes i recieved a voicemail starting there isa lady who has been instructed by fnb to come to my house and evaluate my house. I'm so annoyed because this is not necessary and fnb is at fault. Now im being threatened my house because of an ******* arrangement loaded by fnb agent. This is rediculous and causing unnecessary stress on my end, im frustrated and its now affecting my wellbeing. Im greeting unpleasent messages even today about this issue with legal action threats. Fnb please get yout house in order before i report you to ambudsman for operating *******ly. I will take this to social media and everywhere, its abuse and ***** that I'm subjected to. Ps i have taken screenshort of the current payment arrangement loaded *****ulently by fnb agents on my profile.
