On hold funds

So on the 23 of December 2023 FNB blocked my account and when I do follow up they told me they were advised by capitec to put my account on hold , but they don't want to give me the incident number because when capitec give them permission to hold my account they must provide them with the incident number but now FNB don't want to give me because if I get the incident number I will be able to go to capitec to do a follow up please FNB provide me the incident number from capitec
