On hold for over 20 minutes for ***** with FNB and no answer

Absolutely shocking. To report ***** and im on hold for over 20 minutes and after that i hung up. Come on team, ***** is the problem right now. You should be wanting to assist with this quickly and efficiently. No one likes to be ****med and its ******* that salt to the wound is the 20 minutes trying to speak to a consultant, while more of this is happening. Really ?? FNB you need you up your game. This is unacceptable.
