On going problems and never solved

I have to give one star else i cant write a rewiev if i could i would gice them a zero star rating!! This is the second day at FNB meyersdal where the so called staff are more interested in there phones than helping clients and where they have a trainee at the tellers helping where her desk was an absolute mess. I was at FNB bracken city where there was not one teller at any of the two counters and all I and other clients where told is that our numbers are coming up and not once said where the teller are or what they are doing!! Let's see how long it before they do anything
