On going ***** on my account

On the 16th October I got a call from FNB Card division asking when they can deliver my card. That was suspicious as I did not request to get a new card. I spoke with Siyabonga Pule who assisted me, he says that he listened to the recording of a woman, claiming to be me calling into the call centre claiming that my card was ******. When I called the courier company to tell them NOT to deliver the card, they said that they just spoke to a lady claiming to be me to have the card delivered on the Tuesday 20th in down town Jewel City. She DID NOT give a specific address (1 st Red flag). My case was then submitted to Siphiwe Dlamini in the ***** department. I told Siphiwe that because you have an \ Address"you can get private investigators to go with the courier company and hopefully catch these **********.

Up until today I had no response from the ***** department after numerous e-mails asking for an update.

Low and behold"
