ON AND ON WE GO.... THIS IS TIRING

It has been over a week since you promised me a refund after the so called Technical Glitch over a three month period caused you to over deduct from my account.

Interestingly when money is due to you, you take money immediately but don't do the same to return when the mistake is on your side. I suppose you need the interest....
