***** on a account that wasn't active for over 2 years
My wife has net been with FNB for over 2 years. She didnt owe anything at the bank.We are currently in the market to buy property. Now she is handed over and listed due to ***** on her account that was not in use for more than 2 years.
We have to pay for something now that isn't our debt and now it's effecting our ability to qualify for a bond.
FNB is pathetic. They need to be regulated more strictly.

FNB, I think its time you own up and fix your error. If you dont reach out to me and give me a way to contact you or contact me then I will start to get the ombudsman involved.
