Old FND cheque Account not closed

I had sent an email to close my old cheque account about a month ago. Do date the account is still showing as open on my profile. I had opened a new cheque account with FNB as I previously had endless issues before which resulted in me changing to capitec. I now switched back to fnb hoping these has changed surprise surprise it hasnt the service is still the worst I now have a monthly cheque account fee showing as minus on this old account which has been dormant for almost a year and accrued charges i ended up having to pay those fees R1999 to be exactly. Please cancell my old fnb cheque account with account number. ********** 5563. I refuse to also pay that monthly fee on this account as my requests fell on deaf ears stop *****ing my money fnb and close the account.
