Old cards are not cancelled

I have 2 x FNB cards in my wallet. But when I log into my banking, I see so many other cards and accounts on my name which were replaced long ago. Some even show available balances!

It is extremely concerning that old cards and accounts are not cancelled and deleted. My account should not be an ashtray of old cards and petrocards that I never asked for and never received.

I feel so vulnerable to ***** right now and for this reason alone I am seriously considering changing banks.

Your admin team is not cancelling accounts as they should. It is frightening.

I can manage the 2 x cards that I have. But I am not prepared to manage a heap of accounts and cards that I see on my profile that should not be there.

I will then rather go to a bank that makes it easier for me to manage my accounts and prevent *****. The way you are operating right now is really scaring me away.
