Old address still on statements - FNB IS NOT FICA COMPLIANT

Updated residential address at my branch last month. New statement still shows old address leading me to question if you are even FICA compliant. We must dance to RICA and FICA but you don't update it on your side. So really you don't care about FICA, and just like to freeze accounts to deplete balance with banking fees.

You have been put in notice that you are not FICA compliant although I have already updated my details with valid documents.
