I would like to lay an official complaint regarding the letter received dates 25 March 2025.
Kindly validate the claims made within this letter of non-payment as per indicated installments.

I would like to lay an official complaint with Wesbank based on your reiterance of the letter that was sent late March 2025.
The sheer negligence on your part is very much questionable seeing as you are quick to ***** my name at the credit bureau without thorough investigation.
According to my knowledge and FNB Bank account statements, I am up to date. See attached statements for debit orders on the 8th for both months by WESBANK!
Another question I have is, how can you say I'm 2 months in arrears yet sent a letter end of March but in reference to and inclusive of April (a month that had yet to start)?
Do I need to get the Ombudsman involved at this for your gross negligence and emotional distress?
I need answers and a resolution today! Additionally, I expect an official letter addressed and sent in mail to me the same way N Luthuli had done, stipulating your findings and the outcome thereof.
