Dear FNB your staff member Deon Nieuwenhuys is a **** and ignores customers. I suggest you get his manager to call me or the business head as this guy is rude and *********** and makes false promises to customers. Also ask him to stop forcing me to take his call that he is returning after many many days. He is scared hence he refuses to get his manager to call me. I will take this to the CEO and also the ombudsman as this is not in line with TCF I will also post his WhatsApp chat with me on all social media platforms showing customers what to expect from FNB.
