Went to the branch for a replacement card and a statement but was then advised on different types of investments that the bank offers and ended up taking one was also helped with pocket savings and got advised on how to save based on my profile .she further explained to me about the new loan offer that enables you to cash the amount as per your needs and affordability . I left the bank feeling like I went to see a personal financial adviser. She took her time to go through my statements and advised me about the importance of saving and cutting unnecessary costs. FNB needs more employees like her , she's got passion , patient and very professional and I must say Big up to Fnb Tubatse.
