Offered the Revolving credit loan

I went into the Branch to withdraw money from my 32 days notice account. I knew about the R200 penalty for withdrawing without putting up a notice, the lady said instead i should take a RCP to avoid the costs, she told me that once the notice period expire i will just settle the RCP same time without incurring any charges, to my surprise end of the month R611 was debited on my account as an installment as well as the interest was charged on that loan. Today when i phoned in to request the settlement amount it was even more than the balance owed. When i calculated all the money i ended up paying extra than what i should have just paid for withdrawing without the notice. I am so dissapointed by the consultant, she mislead me for her own gain.
