OFFER TO PURCHASE A DISTRESSED SALE NOT APPROVED BY FNB AFTER 5 WEEKS

I am selling my house as a distressed sale and FNB has to approve the offer to purchase. My agent sent the offer to FNB weeks ago and did not get any feedback to this day. The buyser is anxious to buy and move into the house but fnb is not approving the said OFFER TO PURCHASE.
