Offer me 300k, but say no to 3k! Go figure?

Phoned FNB to increase my credit limit on my credit card and may I add I have a positive balance, have never fallen behind on a payment and even qualify for a 300k loan through FNB, but can’t manage to get a R3000 limit increase just so that I can rent a car aboard. Absolutely ridiculous.
