Offer I dont need

I must say FNB is the greatest bank a person can bank with I give it 150% on services that they offer but one for the first time in so many years I've banked with them they gave me an offer which I don't need and already have somewhere else they gave a funeral cover which I don't need why can't they call and ask me whether I do need it or not. I like the bank but some offers should be on calls only not on display
