Offer a solution to your own problem and still not get helped, FNB

@RosebankBranch js the worst. Had to have my accounts locked after a ******* but VaalMall couldnt help with a temp card. I got to Rosebank and they could only have my cards ordered. I asked they atleast find me a branch that can assist and this during me transferred from one consultant to the next (two ladies) One lady called Sandton and they too did not have a tempcard for a fusion account. I asked for an alternative, an account downgrade,just so i can get a card,and was hit with "...and how long is that going to take?". I ask that they check for some branch in Pta, and then i was referred back to Kgothatso. Waited for over half an hour and when i was ready to leave, she refers me to "Menlyn, not the mall, but the other side". Off i head to Pta because they have the fusion temp card as per Kgothatso and colleague. Ticket 81 after 11:00 left two hours later without help. I finally get to Menlyn Maine and whoaaalah, no fusion temp card, but they did the downgrade in a matter of seconds. I am not happy and ready to leave. I lost on a full schoolday because i needed access to my account. Atleast abit of.
