OFFER A CELLPHONE BUT NO DELIVERY
We were cold called on 24/7/2015, and Tony offered us a cellphone and tablet deal for R99, saying e will receive the goods in 3 working days. After this I called the call centre, only to be told the deal was never captured on the system. After a week I called again, and the details have STILL not been captured! Antoinette keeps telling me she will get it sorted and will call me back, but no luck there either. What is the point of offering clients these eals then?
