OF COURSE FNB WILL NOT ANSWER OR DO ANYTHING CORRECTLY

I have tried to make payment for my Shien delivery twice - i even get the notification on the banking app to approve

yesterday there was no money deducted from my account - i thought delayed message - today still nothing and i still owe the shipment fees - i tried again - had to approve on the app agaon no money deducted

1. i need my parcel 2. why is it sending message to approve if nothing is happening? 3. i called 4 times today - spoke to 1 person who transferred me to ***, then the call cut, i dialed again - verify its me on hold 23 minutes call cuts dial again - on hold 17 minutes call cuts dial again - on hold 17.23 - call cuts again i have messaged on secure chat - no responses (of course as i have never had a response)

this is the only way anyone from FNB does anything - so i need to understand why we are approving yet nothign is happening? if my parcel gets sent back - FNB will reimburse me for stress, if this went off my accoutn twicer at some stage - fnb will reinburse me this i promise

call me immediately to sort this out and once again FIX THE SECURE CHAT OR FIRE THE PEOPLE - MY BANKING FEES ARE PAYING FOR PEOPLE TO HAVE A JOB THAT THEY DO NOT DO AND IM TIORED OF THE FREELOADERS NOW
