**** of a bank!!!

This bank is a ****. Total ****. I stopped using this bank for 2 years due to how their bank works. I got a new job and I started using the bank again in January. The first 2 months I had no issues, the 3rd month that's when their old bad habits started.

When I make card payments, the money does go out of my account, and I can see that the money is decreasing. But on the current balance the money stays the same. Then comes when the Merchants bank, and when that happens, they same amount I paid when purchasing, it is charged again on my account and I will be left with a negative available balance. When I call them, they hang up on me, when I chat with them they are not willing to assist or they give the same old story that the amounts used to purchase are reserved and they are charged when the merchants bank but I know for a fact that the money does go off of my account and my available balance decreases. Just now as I was waiting for someone to assist me on chat, I got charged service fees and monthly fees AGAIN!!! I am so sick of this bank, the last time I had to close the damn account while the owed me R3k and they never did anything about it.
