O/D Application Ignored
On Wednesday I went online and app**** for a loan and then saved it. Then on Thursday I called for the reference and your Business Desk went thru the process with me of applying for an overdraft and CC. I was offered a pathetic OD by the automated system (R15k SPARE IT!). He told me that someone would be in touch to confirm by Friday (yesterday). I have heard nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!! Time to find a bank who cares methinks. Why do I bother???
