Octabia exceeded my expectations
On 01.03.2019 I visited the FNB branch at the Woodmead Retail Park. I must say that the lady who had assisted me, Octabia Monoke is an absolute STAR. It was a pleasure interacting with Octabia. Octabia was patient, friendly, extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations.
