Obtaining documentation from FNB

I have been trying for since Thursday last week with numerous calls and an FNB online query, to obtain tax certificates for my bond (interest) and for my homeloan insurance for years 2022 to 2025. I get bumped from one department to another .... 6 call transfers later and i am still struggling. Today, again, I tried to phone the home loan insurance department and was in queue for 19 minutes before I eventually gave up. Surely it cannot be so difficult ..... nay, futile.

The service is not up to standard.
