Obnoxious staff

Went into the bank at lakeside mall on tuesday. While waiting in line a staff member goes to the manager asking him to ccome get rid of a customer or they will never close on time. The same indian lady asked "what do you want" when it is was my turn. After explaining my needs she said do it yourself Next. No customer service at all and with managers rushing to get rid of clients its no wonder why the staff is so unpleasant.
