NVER EVER DEAL WITH FNB MERCHANT SERVICES
I sent an email on 22 March to my business contact on Merchant Devices asking for cancelling my speedoint. This was acknowleged. It was agreed ON EMAIL I would be contacted to collect the speedpoint. I was contacted ONCE, with the agent stating he will be in contact. I heard nothing further. I am now being accused of not being contactable AND CHARGED OVER R1000 in fees. My second speedpoint WILL BE CANCELLED AND BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND RMB WILL BE MOVED IF THIS IS NOT SORTED AS I HAVE EMAILS AS PROOF OF CANCELLATION

03 Jun 2021, 05:42Pathetic response not even one phone call to discuss the matter of my reversal. I am an RMB client and seems my banker is AWOL. No response. Alsredry cancelled my second machine and about to move my portfolio
