Numerous issues WITH FNB over the last year. EVERY query becomes an issue cos of the attitude of the staff and their incompetence and INEFFICIENT service. Turn AROUND times for FNB to revert do NOT exist!! Dealing with ebucks for a GUARD ME QUERY. Over a month they CANNOT resolve . Have a query on a virtual card. Again no resolution despite management and technical team intervention for both. Absolutely ******* SERVICE from a PATHETIC bunch of staff.
