Number 574 in queue, but you’ve been paying a premium to get access to a team of private bankers!
Premier banking division, please do follow up on your promise to call me back regarding downgrading my account. Stop threatening people about making our accounts inactive. You are forcing us to come in to your bank and potentially contract covid 19. Who do we sue after we get forced through your doors and become exposed. It’s probably why you guys are also selling life insurance now.

03 Jun 2020, 11:24Still no service delivery. Noni from Premier Resolution send me a message to say that she tried calling me and I must call her back. Please find out with your telecoms provider why your calls don't go through. My calls go through just fine. I called your number *** and I held the line for quite some time without even a message o say that the call would be handled soon. I think what you really want to do is force people into your banks prematurely because you need us to go there so that jobs won't be lost. Why is is so hard for you to make a call? You sat by for two years and didn't do anything, now during the lock down you decided to phone me about account downgrades. Please make arrangements to reimburse me then.
