Number 1 most useless business bank!!!

It’s been 2 months that I’ve app**** for a business credit card. They gave me an a high interest rate which I requested for a lower rate. After several emails and also contacting my business banker , there’s nothing fnb can do about a 27% interest on a credit card application. It’s taken me a month to think it over . And I called in to find out if the application is still valid , been advised on Friday the 11th of April that the sales agent will call me on the same day , anyways by Monday the 14th I still haven’t received any feedback and called in to explain the same thing thing to a different agent and it’s the same story of someone will contact me. I still called on Tuesday and today is Wednesday and it’s been escalated by 4 different people each day. And I hear the same thing that someone will contact me.

Is my business not good enough that someone can contact me in a week?? I cannot believe this bank is rated number 1 SME bank because clearly nobody in this organisation cares about small businesses.
