NTSEPENG GOLD CHEQUE STAIN ON FNB NAME

I want to report Ntsepeng from gold cheque general enquiries . she is the rudest most vile customer consultant I have ever encountered at Fnb she is a stain on u guys. She is impatient rude and unhelpful dared to ask me why I'm raising my voice when she was irritated from the moment she came on the phone rushing me to get my cell number. What if u was an elderly person that she dealt with like this . ntsepeng u in the wrong field . u have no patience . coz u came to work irritated u should have been told to leave ur home at home don't take it out on the customers. Oh and after I requested a manager she kept me holding for 22 minutes until I was forced to hang up. Well done Fnb your caliber of staff is sterling. Wow
