I was assisted by a lovely lady named Ntombi, at the FNB Lambton branch. She was friendly, considerate and highly professionals. The system kept giving problems, but she was proactive, and made sure that my issue was resolved without me having to come back at a later stage. She is an absolute treasure. Thank you Ntombi.
