It is to my utmost disappointment that FNB can not even at an e-mail address to their website where we can send our complaints to. it does not help to complain on their site because they are to useless to read it and reply back. FNB wake up. you ****ed up my credit score due to your useless pathetic incapable staff. i can not even send you an e-mail to sort out your **** as you don't even advertise it. I need FNB to contact me A.S.A.P. so you can rectify your useless mistakes and i want it done within the next 48 hours and your **** removed from my name. I will not hesitate to take legal action. I always thought Standard bank is most useless bank in South - Africa but you making sure that you go a step further to ensure that break down peoples dignity and hard work. You are by far much worse than Standard bank. I am Waiting
