Now being double debited

Resolution to my first complaint last week ends up as me having to pay a double amount this month because i changed the debit order date online to keep from being without money again a week before payday. I am very disappointed in fnb and will be opening another account for my salary to go into. Also, the premier banker i spoke to could care less, telling me i could just use the funds in the credit card again. Yes, great except after 4 days it still isnt reflecting. And my account is still in a minus which means i had to borrow money to see myself through the week.
