***** notification ignored

I requested on the 19th of July, as soon as I was ****** that the transactions on my account be blocked from Thulani automotive I done this numerous times to ***** and via the messenger service on my app.

These transactions however were all honored and went off from account the 30th of July.

My cheque and credit cards from fnb and other banks as well as a claims card were swiped that day resulting in thousands being ******.

Why have these transactions now been honored?

I have not heard from ***** yet received an in app notification that it has been finalized.
