Notice to withdraw has become a nightmare for me!!!!

I am extremely frustrated with FNB! I have been trying to put a notice to withdraw on my 32 day savings account. I've called FNB a few times today and chatted to them on the app with no joy. They are saying that my devices aren't verified which is why I cant transfer, when I asked how I can verify my devices ( I've been trying on my laptop and on my app on my phone) I was told to go to my settings on my banking app and select the browser I want to verify which didn't work as those settings weren't available. then I was told that my app is outdated which doesn't make sense as I downloaded it today. I called in and was told that the only way to verify my device is to log in every day for seven days or transfer R300?!!?!?!?!? Are you freaking kidding me? WHY IS THIS SUCH A MISSION! I'm coming into the bank tomorrow to put in my notice to with draw and then I will be closing my account.
