Notice to withdraw

I called FNB because I am trying to put a notice of withdrawal on an investment account. I called countless times if I am not dropped while been transferred to the investment department then the phone just "conveniently" get cut off. considering the monthly bank charges one pays I am livid. I feel like packing my things and moving to a bank i have no expectations of getting Services they claim to offer
