Nothings working

I'm receiving an error for absolutely everything I click on with my FNB online account. I want to update my paypal information and I get as far as sending me the OTP, then when I submit the OTP it says error. I got frustrated and tried to revoke my paypal account and am receiving an error for that as well. Nothing is working on your website???
