Nothings and nobody works at FNB

I cancelled my merchant account. A day later I asked to stop the cancellation. I was promised it will be stopped. Then a week later the account was indeed suspended. I called again and they promised it will work again in a week. It's been Weeks and it's still suspended. My company name changed. CIPC connected to FNB banking I'd not updating. I called FNB. They promised my new name will be changed in 3 days. A week later and nothing happened. What is going on with you FNB. I am sick of wasting my time on calls.
