Nothing worse than FNB Connect’s service delivery

This is the 3rd time I’m having a serious problem with FNB Connect. No consultant at FNB Connect is skilled enough or willing to assist with a problem. Once again I am unable to dial any international number or to send any MMS, but despite my requests to escalate the problem simply nothing is done! FNB Connect is the very last business I can recommend - they are as bad as it can get!
