Nothing works and no one cares!

I can’t get a booking at FNB do my smart ID or me and my daughters passport biometrics. I’ve been struggling to get a booking for more than 2 months and I have received notification that I am about to loose the paid R1000 that FNB allowed me to make. I’m planning a trip and it seems I will not get anywhere. I’m frustrated beyond believe! I don’t even know what to do, who to call for help?! I’m just lost between FMB and Home Affairs!!
