Nothing works

I have been trying to transact on my FNB card account just to find that it has been restricted as I hadn`t confirmed my tax info. Have been trying for the past hour and app is just buffing and not getting anywhere. Go on to securechat, got a number to phone but it`s not the correct one, then phone the correct one. Oh experiencing high call volumes. For goodness sake, do you actually want clients? Have no time to stuff around.
