I've took out a small loan and paid dilignently every month (more than the min required). In Dec I viewed the outstanding amount on my app, and paid that. Later I saw the amount is up to R130 (in that region) and I filled in a contact form becuase why is there another amount when it has been paid? No one got back to me. Today I saw it's up to R220 (keep in mind that there is less than a month that has passed since I made the payment yet the price has gone up twice). So I filled in another contact form and just received the reply "Sorry, not sorry. Pay up". and was given a lame excuse about how even though I paid the full amount, it's not really paid until they say so. If the app states that it's paid up, why are there extra fees all of a sudden? If I paid the full amount, it should be cleared.
