Nothing new

Once again FNB has not disappointed me in prevailing with their ridiculous service.

It's been 3weeks since I app**** for a business account,I have sent and signed all the documents they requested from me but yet u til today I have no active account,even after their complaints department called to promise a resolution but I still sit here with a dormant account
